Intuitive Parenting has been started by a group of natural & attachment parents who recognise a need for an online community that offers encouragement for parents to gently and naturally raise their children.
Our community supports parents with toddlers, preschool and school aged children and teenagers. We strongly believe in full term breastfeeding, gentle discipline, co sleeping, environmentally friendly toilet awareness, natural, organic nutrition, natural therapies, sustainable living, homeschooling and alternative schooling.
Intuitive Parenting is a site that is owned and run by its community. So
while its creation has been initiated by a few people who have each offered
up their own know-how to get things started, its development and ongoing
success is the responsibility of the overall community.
Building a Community
The Intuitive Parenting community would like to invite parents who are interested
in contributing to and sustaining our online presence to join us in our parenting
journey.
The ongoing development of the site, which provides a platform for the
community to work from is growing strong! The foundations have been laid and we are now working on enriching our community and online presence.
A Comprehensive resource section is currently in development. We already have a nice foundation of Articles, Book Lists & Links to further reading. If you would like to contribute to our resources listing and articles please contact us as we are always seeking submissions for Attachment, natural & intuitive parenting articles, book & link suggestions from our members!
